10:30—11:15 AM Arthritis Aquatic Program with Rebekah Overstreet (Mon., Wed., Fri.)
Endorsed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class uses only range of motion exercises. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

8:30—9:15 AM Low Intensity Water Aerobics with Mary DeWald
Great for those suffering from fibromyalgia, back pain, tendonitis. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.
9:30 – 10:00 AM Water Zumba with Elizabeth Creasy
Move to the music in the water with the Latin inspired Zumba craze in the water. Come and join the fun!
7:00-8:00 PM Water Aerobics with Nancy Sweeney
Participants use a variety of equipment in shallow water. This class is great for those just beginning water aerobics. Participants do NOT need to know how to swim.
