Class Descriptions -

High Intensity Water Aerobics 

Participants use a variety of equipment in this high intensity class. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

Arthritis Aquatic Program 

Endorsed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class uses only range of motion exercises. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

Low Intensity Water Aerobics 

Great for those suffering from fibromyalgia, back pain, tendonitis. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

Aqua Zumba 
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba®class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. You DO NOT have to know how to swim.

Water Aerobics 

Participants use a variety of equipment in shallow water. This class is great for those just beginning water aerobics. Participants do NOT need to know how to swim.
