Water Aerobics:

High-Intensity Water Aerobics – Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri 9:00 am – 9:45 am
Participants use a variety of equipment in this high-intensity class. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

Low-Intensity Water Aerobics – Tues/Thurs 5:45 pm – 6:30 pm
Great for those suffering from fibromyalgia, back pain, and tendonitis. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

Range of Motion – Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00 am – 10:30 am
Great for those who have motion, balance, or joint issues. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.
