All membership are charged an annual maintenance fee of $20 each June 1st. This will be charged either auto draft or invoiced to you, depending on how you pay.
With the annual option, you pay for 11 months and get the 12th month free!!!
Monthly membership is by auto draft only.

Household membership includes 2 adults plus legal dependents 18 and under or full-time students ages 19-23. Additional adults are $30 each; all members must live in the same household.
Couple membership includes 2 persons who live in the same household.
The Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual memberships are prorated to the first of the following month and must be paid in full at the time of sign up.
There will be a $25 application fee for new and reinstating members.
We do require a minimum of 30-days written notice to cancel all memberships, including, invoiced memberships.

Guest Policy
We welcome anyone to visit our facility once each calendar year for free. After that initial time, guests are required to purchase a guest pass. Guest are subject to the same background checks as members for facility usage.
Ages 0-18: $8
Ages 19-54: $15
Ages 55+: $8
All guests are required to fill out a guest wavier and provide valid picture identification before the first visit each year. Guest under 18 MUST be accompanied by their legal guardian to sign the waivers and provide valid picture identification.

We here at the Bedford Area Family YMCA want everyone who would like to enjoy the benefits of membership to have access. In addition to Financial Assistance we offer discounts for various occupations and situations as well as corporate memberships. If you qualify for one of the discounts please bring it to the attention of the Member Services Desk Representative when you are signing up for, reinstating, or just experience a change in your membership.
We accept memberships from people enrolled in the United Health Care programs Renew Active and One Pass. To sign up with this benefit, your Confirmation Code, this is obtained by calling your insurance provider.
For your membership to be covered through United Health Care, we ask that you visit the Bedford YMCA a minimum of 8 times per month, every month, so that we may continue to have the program.
