The 2026 BAFY Kids’ Club Summer Day Camp will open June 1st and run through August 14th for ages 5 to 12 years old. We are excited to offer care for those students who are enrolled in the Bedford County Public School Summer Extended Learning Program (summer school) as well! Camp hours are 7am to 6pm for the full day. Extended Learners will attend before and after their school day has ended. We do not offer part-day options other than for BCPS Extended Learners.

The Registration fee is $60 per child and is due with COMPLETED registration forms along with a copy of each child’s birth certificate, physical, and immunization record before registration will be accepted. Physicals and shot records are required to be within a year of the start of the program, signed by a physician, and turned in with registration. Bedford Area Family YMCA memberships that cover the enrolled child have a 5% discount. 

Please understand that we cannot accept paperwork that is incomplete. We cannot pull information from past registrations and all information is needed to enroll. 

No registration will accepted if there is a balance on the account.
This includes DSS accounts.

Registrations may take up to a week to be entered, no child will be accepted without a completed registration that has been entered.

Once your child(ren) is/are registered you are responsible for that week’s payment regardless of attendance. The rate is not reduced for absences. To unenroll a week you registered for you must contact Jessica at [email protected] to give a 2-week notice. Informing the site staff is not an acceptable way to remove the week and will not be taken into consideration.
