Personal Training 

  • One-time consultation fee – $40 
  • $33/session 
  • 5 session package $150 
  • 10 session package $300
  • All sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase / no refunds for unused sessions

Small Group Training 

  • 3-4 people max 
  • One-time consultation fee – $40 per person
  • $60/group session 
  • 3 group session package $170
  • 5 group session package $275 
  • 10 group session package $520

Nutrition 

  • Includes one-time consultation fee
  • 3 Nutrition sessions – $120* 
  • All sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase / no refunds for unused sessions
  • Paperwork must be completed and dropped off prior to consultation
  • 1st Nutrition session within 3 days of consultation
  • 2nd Nutrition within 3 weeks of consultation  
  • 3rd Nutrition session to be determined by YMCA staff member
